Eric gave a magic lantern talk to second year Fine Arts students at Nottingham Trent University in March 2011. One of the students, Ruby, offered to help animate some of the motion slides. This work is still in progress.

This is a fixed background of hand painted glass, held in a wooden frame.	This rotating piece of glass provides the horses head and the man's arm holding the tankard. It is rotated from a handle extending beyond the slide frame. It is held in place in a circular depression in the wooden frame by three small pins.
